Concept Outline

So here is the final outline of the concept that we came up with. To better see it at a glance, I have categorized it into bullet points.

Scenes we wanted to include:

1. Black and White Projection:

• Protagonist sings lyrics, appearing in a black and white projection.

• This represents her fallen status and serves as a warning to the audience.

2. Flashback Sequence: (Color)

• Fragility of Power

  • A journalist writes an article about the downfall of someone in a position of power ("the new king" from the lyrics).

• Cyclical Nature of Outrage

  • A young woman performs a Kathak dance in Western attire, highlighting how innovation becomes the target of outrage.

  • This scene foreshadows the protagonist's experience.

• The Protagonist's Story

  • Intercut with the other shots, this depicts the protagonist's experience with cancel culture.
